Candle Flame Boundary Spell

When you’ve been stretched thin, drained, or taken for granted, this spell gathers your energy back to yourself and restores your right to say “no.”

— The Ritual —

1. Light the candle and place the bowl of water beside it.

2. Say aloud (or whisper): “My energy is not a feast. My time is not a well. I choose where I pour.”

3. Dip your fingers into the water and touch your chest or throat.

4. Imagine the flame wrapping around you as a warm shield, not a wall.

5. Blow out the candle. Boundaries set, softly but firmly.

— Closing the Circle —

After blowing out the candle, touch your throat gently and say: “My voice protects my life.”

— A Deeper Note —

Fire is the elemental power of sovereignty. Speaking boundaries aloud activates the throat and solar plexus chakras. Water seals the intention, cooling old patterns and affirming your right to take up protected space.
